No conduit. The wires run primarily inside the walls. They are fed
through grommets in the vertical and horizontal ribs. Pulling them is
often not possible.
Interior skins will have to be removed to rewire the trailer. This is
very easy to do once the furniture is removed, which you will have to
do to replace the wooden floor.
The wires that run under the floor are the wires for the electric
brakes, if so equipped, and the 120V supply cable, which enters the
trailer through the floor on most models.
The wiring for the running lights etc. enter the trailer through the
floor at the very front, and then run along the street side, under the
windows, to the rear to power the tailllights, and all marker lights.
Your 1960 will only have a minimal amount of 12V wiring, most of it was
120V.

The propane regulator has a leak. Can it be rebuilt or is there a

Gerald already touched this one. Safety goes over originality. You
might keep the old one somehwere in a box for authenticity sake, but if
you want to go camping and use the appliances, you will have to replace
it with a new one.
