[VAL] Dexter axle

A short time ago there was a web site shown in a
message that had a discussion about Dexter axels.  I
did not have time for the 45 minute discussion and
forgot to bookmark the site.  I then erased the digest
for that day.  Does anybody have the site address?  I
am trying to decide if out 69 Caravel needs axle
replacement on not.  Do the axles come with new hubs
and everything?  In the past two years we have had hub
problems with studs breaking off and wheels coming
loose.  We now have differnt hubs and bearing sets
which is not a good situation.
