Attention WBCCI International Rally organizers,

The next time someone suggests this idea would be a good time to  
contact these people. They have gone the route of being denied and  
discouraged and finally, being approved. Any group who can say  
emphatically, "been there, done that and succeeded" is the right group  
for a WBCCI Committee to contact.
