Those wonderful old engines were designed to run on leaded gas unless the valves and valve seats are changed (at no small ex pence)the valves and seats will not hold up long with today's gas.There was nothing as smooth as the old Packard straight 8 ho weaver they were very fuel hungry. Jim Smith
