[VAL] RE: VAL Bowen cover

Last time I was in our local Metal Supermarkets
(http://www.metalsupermarkets.com/), they had small sheets of perforated
stainless that would match the little door perfectly. Cut it to the
opening size plus 1/2" and then bend the edges up 1/4" on a pan brake.
Cut a finger hole and put in a cabinet latch.  I had to make a new latch
fitting for mine, too.
