This stuff looks like and feels like axle grease! Goes on kinda
yellow/brown. They warn that it's not a lubricant however. Says it's
out of Jamestown, NY, Truck-Lite Co., Inc., Subsidiary of Quaker State
Corp., part number 97940.
On the back label it says, NYK-77! It goes on to say, . . .compound is
a specially formulated non-conductive sealant and corrosion
preventative for all types of electrical contacts and switches. Its
grease-like consistency provides sealing against intrusion of dirt and
moisture.
It doesn't wipe off hands easily. Kinda leaves a slick feeling.
