I know this thread is old but... Our pump cycles (if the switch is on) because our Swirl-O-Matic toilet leaks internally. You will see no leaks, but it is enough to cycle the pump occasionally and it will SLOWLY fill the black tank without you knowing it. Rob Davis '64 Globe Trotter Denver, CO
