[VAL] pump cycles

Try disconecting the pump completely and plug the end and then cycle the
pump. If it keeps cycling it's in the pump, if it doesn't the problem is
down stream somewhere. Connect the pump up again & disconnect fittings down
stream & plug the end further along the system until you locate the section
with the "issue". You'll find it eventually. It's much like electricity.
Look at the basics first.
