Hi Noah,
I believe it was possible to get all the windows double pane 
for more insulation. My trailer was bought in northern NY by 
a guy who lived pretty far up in VT. Judging by the amount 
of creative insulating he did himself, I think it might have 
more than average insulation in it. I found it stayed much 
cooler than many trailers at the International where I was 
too broke to afford the 30 amp service.

The other winter thing that I think was standard was some 
type of small duct work from the furnace that sent hot air 
to the holding tanks and water tank to keep them from freezing.

I have the original brochure for my '73 and there is no 
mention of an arctic package in there.

I don't know for sure about it being a real package, selling 
used trailers is a little like selling horses.....
