Russ,

I can highly recommend the BAL type stabilizer jacks
to you, such as found on newer Airstream trailers.
They tuck up close to the belly, and are easy to use.
Plus, they look like they belong on an Airstream. Buy
them specific for the Airstream, then the screw
extensions coming out the side are the right length.
