I would check each light and the trailer 7 way plug to ensure the short 
isn't there first.  Also my Airstream has a panel in the belly just 
behind the A frame where the trailer to car wiring harness is connected 
to the wiring in the Airstream. These connectors could be installed 
wrong. In other words try the end of the wires first since you can get 
to then easily and they   have a higher probably of having a problem.
