Cliff,

This would be the Equal-i-zer hitch made in Utah?

If so, I'm also using that brand to pull our 1995 34' Airstream Classic FK. 
I just ordered and received a new receiver piece so that now I can open the 
rear doors of the Ford Excursion.  This new receiver piece is 18" 
horizontally whereas the original piece is 12".  I also picked up a couple 
of inches of bottom clearance as this new one is 9" and the older one was 
12".
