In searching for Dometic Duo-therm Penguin air-conditioners I came across this
URL listed below.  Anything you ever wanted to know about past and present

The Armstrong air-conditioning company's demise came about in 1976.  See Magic

revived to Armstrong Air after Lennox purchased the climate control line from
Magic Chef.
