    If your shower head is anything like mine, there's a center screw in the
spray plate.  Remove that screw and the plate will fall out into the palm of
your hand.  I just took mine out and cleaned it last week when replacing the
supply hose.  It wasn't clogged but if yours is, the vinegar idea works
and/or you can poke the mineral deposits out of the holes with a toothpick.
