Andy,
If you are looking for the small rectangular light covers on the exteme 
outside corners?...It is my understanding they are not availble...anywhere. 
Not to say there aren't a couple lurking an Old Dealers' stock somewhere...
I have been unable to locate any. I used a light similar to the side lights 
and cut the base down to fit the hole. Not my favorite choice but the only 
one to get a light back in that location.
