Chuck,

I just went through that with my toilet, Saniware made two toilets at that 
time (I have a 62 Tradewind) and one was manual and one was automatic.  Mine is 
manual and you have to manually control the water.  We've taken the whole 
thing apart and there are no working parts (that we could find) and folks on this 
web ring told me it may be manual and I have two diagrams of toilets I will 
send you so you can compare and see which you have.  I have a turn valve 
adjacent to the toilet and that's the way you control the flow.  If I'm off on this 
please let me know and I'll take other measures, but so far we've quit trying 
to "fix" it.
