For the Overhead fan loop, you cut and stuff into the junction box of
the fan assy.  For the ones above the counter, there shoudn't be any
unless a PO has done something (always happens).  The light above the
sink has an in and out lead, and the fan above the stove is the end user
of that run from the overhead fan.  If you don't have a stove fan, it is
usually coiled and capped.  You can figure most of it out from the
wiring diagram in the owners manual.
