Have you tried a specially made comb for straightening your fins?   They're
out there and worth every penny.

I'm assuming you're talking about the coils on the inside, over which the air
blows on it's way into the house, and not the outside coils, which carry the
heat away from the compressed gas.  I'm sure either coil COULD be replaced,
but it probably wouldn't be cost effective, unless you could do it yourself.
$pecial tools involved for that job...

If your problem is a function of smashed fins impeding the air flow, you might
just remove the bulk of the worst ones to relieve the blockage.  It'd sure be
a lot easier for a civilian, than to try to replace a component in the gas
system.
