Some versions of the Univolt supplied 12 or 14 volts AC to fans and
lights when running on AC and also charged or over charged the battery.
That accounts for 6 leads. Two for input, two for lights and fans and
two for battery charging. I presume the lights are connected to the
battery without AC power. Seems to me there was a switch manually
operated for that change.

Neither the Univolt, nor the Intelli-power supply 120 volts AC from
battery.
