My first instinct would be to contact Zip-Dee directly. I understand
that they have excellent customer service.
On my awning, it required removing the roller tube ends from the
tensioning arms, and turning them in a certain direction eight times,
then sliding them back in without letting the sharp ends shred any body
parts while rapidly unravelling. I hope that the Zip Dee procedure is
less threatening.
