Hi Cheyanne, A friend of mine's Zip Dee was ripping on ther seams. We sewed it while it was opened up. It was hard but it can be done. You need strong needles, strong thread and thimbles. I was on the ladder pushing the needle down and he was below pushing it back up. Hunter
