[VAL] was water tank, now rollovers

Wow, now you give me pause to think. Having recently rolled my vintage 
tow vehicle I was looking at newer ones for the anti-lock brakes (with 
which I'm pretty sure I would not have skidded into the ditch).

With the information about weakness in these new trucks maybe I will 
see about fixing the old one. Hmmm......maybe if I used axles and the 
brake controller from a new truck I could retrofit anti-locks, I want a 
4x4 anyway :-)
