I could jump all over this subject but I will just chime to and  say~
I have had one in my house as a back up to a solar  system for 4 years now 
and LOVE IT!
When needed it gives me endless hot water at all points in the house!
We are moving in 3 weeks and I am planning the same set up! 
The new house has a 3rd line for recirc. that has never been  used!
