Hi Group,

After reading for years about others having their outside door handles come off 
on them (some being locked inside!) it finally happened to Pearl. The door knob 
came undone but the inside knob is fine. It looks like a very tiny pin in 
missing that holds the knob on the door. My knob does NOT have a lock on it, I 
have a separate dead bolt below the knob. Anyone have any idea how to fix it???
