Taking photos of the Mona Lisa is not theft. How could this be? I suspect
that if you used this information to create an exact duplicate of the
Torpedo and tried to sell it as an original, that might be considered theft.
People use other peoples ideas everyday. In fact most new designs today are
regurgitated previous designs. Was the Silver Streak considered theft by
Wally and were there ever any lawsuits about it?
