Sorry for the mis-type.  I did some serious measuring and you are correct.
Length of my 1966 Safari is 22'11"
Interior space (for dancing:) is 7'5" at widest measurable point and 13'4"
long.  Bathroom is 5'3" long.

So with 2' setback on a 25' deep lot we have one inch to spare.
