I live 200 yard from the beach in Oceanside, CA.  The park has been around
for 60 years and the climate is nearly perfect.  No need for lots of A/Cs
running to spoil the quiet environment.  Also I don't think the
infrastructure here at Mira Mar Mobile Community is built for lots of heavy
A/C.
