Joann - I'm with Neal. My guess is it's a parking site with utilities. The pitch might be a description for the parking site? The Geezer appear to be a portable automatic float equipped water fill/shut off to be used with a portable water tank located next to a trailer. Maybe one of our UK members can offer a description! RL
