To be a member of the VAC you must also be a member of WBCCI. This is
because the VAC is a intra-club (or sub-club) within WBCCI. The VAC been an
intra-club of WBCCI since its inception. I know that this is not popular
with some, but this is how it is.

To non-WBCCI members the VAC offers a subscription to its newsletter. This
subscription does not give the right to attend any functions.

However, WBCCI rules allow for recruiting of non members by inviting them to
what is called a buddy rally. A non-member may only attend only one buddy
rally a year.

So, IF the Grant's Pass rally is a Buddy Rally, Jo Ann and anyone else who
is not a WBCCI member may attend. Even if you own a SOB instead of an
Airstream. But please keep in mind that the purpose for this is the
recruiting of new WBCCI members.
