[VAL] Repairing tail sag

Hi All,
    I want to repair a sag in the rear of my overlander. A question for
Charilie Burke and any others that might remember: What is the size/length
of the angle iron that Airstream gave in the kit to prevent this kind of
sagging in the older airstreams. Were they bolted on or spot welded. It
seems that hot fire that close to the decking would be dangerous and bolting
it on would be the best bet. Also, how close were the bolts holes bored to
each
other and were they staggered? When it warms up I want to get this done.
