Why do you think that you need to cover your Airstream?
We  have a 1970 and live in the north with snow , rain and sun with
no trouble from the great outdoors.   That trailer is one of the most
protected travel trailers ever built.
It reminds me of a camper that said he had to cover his wheels,
even on the North side,  So  the air won't get out of his tires.  Think 
about it !
What a sales job someone did... WOW !
