This is not appropriate for the A/S list but since listers use  digital 
photos a lot here goes:
I have used many programs both free and paid for to do pics and have not 
been very satisfied with most of them. Recently Google bought a company 
making a great photo organizer and manipulator called Picasa. It use to be 
a pay to use program but Google has decided to give it away. If you go to 
google.com and click on 'more' you will see the Picasa download near the 
bottom. Hope you like it as much as I do. You will be amazed, especially 
with the feature called 'timeline'.....truly amazing.
