If You can clean up the old calk and never want to recalk it again try 3m
5200 calk Expencive but it is superiorto anything elseUsed it eavery where on
boats works on metal aluminum fiberglassand almost anything you can think of I
have pulled the gelcoat off of boats while trying to remove hardware.Will use
nothing else on my Airsteram.
