you are correct tI have a duak axel Tradewind and it pulls like a dream with 
iu a super exoencive Hensley hitch or for that matter anu thing else but to 
drop it on the ball and go I have been highly critized for doing this but if you 
have enough toung weight it will fallow.I soent 100 of thousands of miles 
deliverinf trailable sail boats all over the country the trailers had serge 
breaks which means that nothing else can be used to interfear with their use some 
which weight abour 5000 lbs.
I used a little 1/2 ton GMC 6 cyl 250 engine to pull them with.In 250 k miles 
the savings in Gas over a big V8 was enough to pay for the truck. Moved uo in 
the world to a truely echomical vechile Gets 25 mpg solo hyw miled
