Many of my friends in Belize drive back to the US and return with almost no 
troble. the horrow storys do happen so do they happen here.When The transmition 
went out of my truck in Mexico I was treated with the upmost courtesy The 
mechanic who tried to repair it was very resonable andefficent parts could not be 
found there and had to be towed back to Mc Allen texas waired 6 days fir A 
new trans to be delivered to the Dodge dealer and was riped off to the eune of 
$1300.00 labor to install it.You must buy Insurance to crover your vechile and 
LIBALITY in Mexico If you dont have it and have an accident you are in big 
triuble Your us insurance is not valed there.Be polite to the inspectors dont 
have an attitude and you should not have any trouble.In my many trips to Belize I 
have met a number of persons who madevthe trip.
