I've never seen a 30-amp GFI circuit breaker that is "portable".

You can use the 20-amp plug-in GFI circuit breaker on a 20-amp *out* line 
from the generator, sure.  But most decent generators already have the 
20-amp GFI circuit breaker.

It's the 30-amp GFI's that are extremely rare if non-existent.
