Glyn, do you mean the box that sticks out into the interior so that the 
deep 12V cigarette outlet will fit in the wall ? Go to Home Despot and 
get one of their plastic outlet boxes that are designed to be used with 
surface mounted wiring. You will need to take a knife to it as I recall, 
but it looks just like the original at a nice price.
