[VAL] Axle Height Clearance

Hello Everybody,
 
This is my first post on this site so hope am doing right.  I have an old 
Airstream which I think is a 1954 flying cloud.  Number on id plate says 
0 319??  Can't read last number due to damage.   I plan on doing some minor 
restoration but main problem is that it sits too low to ground.  What are my 
options.  Leaf springs look okay.  Is the new Henschen or Dexter type axles 
an option or is there a way to raise existing axle?
