Looks like you got a job and a half on your hands.
Ihave heard nothig but good things on the removall by
Napier. They have 2 grades, perhaps you should
investigate which one is better suited for your
particular problem.
I will use this product once my 1963 Overlander
trailer is ready for polishing. 
I guess you're lucky this isn't a large trailer.....
