[VAL] Fresh Water Tank Vent

Hello All,
I have installed an 18 gallon ABS freshwater tank in the 59. I have not
vented it and it will not take water when I pour it in because of the
airlock. I am looking for suggestions on a venting method. Can I use one
of L fittings that came with it and install it in the top of the tank
with a hose to drain the excess? Do they make a vent for this that I
don't need a hose through the floor?
