The service manual for your 74 trailer should be available. I was in 
Airstream a couple of years ago getting my trailer serviced. The supervisor in the 
service area had been with Airstream for 40 years. I asked him which year was the 
best Airstream build. He said the 74 and 75 trailers were the best. I just 
sold a 75 trailer and I have to say it was a good trailer. Good luck in getting
