When we had the "78" I purchased the "moon" caps from a wheel supplier in 
Minnesota.. Pioneer Wheel< I think.  As I recall there were a couple of 
sizes and I had to tell them which one I wanted...I don't remember the 
price as it was a while ago..  As a comment, the chrome was not very thick 
and they rusted rather quickly... If I were to do it again, I would sand 
them up (the originals ) and paint with chrome color paint...
