[VAL] how to tell what's vintage?

While at the International Rally I would like to canvas the grounds looking
for vintage trailers and their owners who are not Vintage Club members. It
is easy for me to tell which ones are from the 60's and earlier. However I
don't know how to tell a 70's model from the 80's models. Since 1979
Airstreams qualify the person for membership this would be an inportant
thing for me to know. Can anyone enlighten me how to tell the difference
between the 70's and 80's Airstreams just by a casual walk by look?
