Thanks for the advice Dave and Jauman-
To get at the gear assembly, may I assume it's hiding behind the 3"
diameter plastic dish that's riveted to the ceiling? Or is this part
accessible from above? I just got through re-caulking it to the roof-
Hope I don't have to undo all of that. . .
