Does anyone live in or near the Ann Arbor, Michigan area
who has repaired their floor.
My 1984 Sovereign which I bougt two years ago has a floor
problem which we just discovered.
In the front under the foldout couch/bed the floor has
rotted. I would like to patch that area but am confused as
to how to go about it including when and how to remove
rivets etc.
I'd also like to find out the total extent of the damage (
see if it's elsewhere)
I've seen pictures on the airstream forum which have
convinced me I can probably do the repair. I just want to
do the least possible. I live on the remnant of an old farm
and have learned in working on the old buildings that just
enough is sometimes the way to go.
