By all means replace the split rims .Almost no one will work on them I would
also assume that it is time to replace yhe tires as if nothing else they are
suffering from age. I will not comment about the axles depends on the condition
od the rubber inserts. Breakx and bearings should be serviced when you change
the wheels.
