The washer dryer unit your talking about will only work ok for a very small
load.
You can't wash/dry a load like you could at home.
Most people I've seen/know who have them say they can only wash/dry one pair
of jeans at a time.
Shirts and socks you can have a few extras in one load, but not jeans, too
heavy of a load on them.
