Yes, Glyn, you take a 5 gallon bucket, put your clothes in it with some
river stones and soap, put a tight cover on it and drive. There was a
discussion on this list some months ago. Somebody tied the bucket(s) to the
rear bumper where the movement was the greatest. Someone else suggested that
putting the bucket in the shower worked very well. I don't have actual
experience with this method, but I have a bucket ready to try it next time
out.
