Dean, Gerald, Paul and Michelle,
Thanks for all the willing help. I feel like such a bonehead. There
was the massive cord (you weren't kidding Gerald) resting in the back bumper
alongside the sewer hose. It's now plugged in and the refrigerator is
cooling down as I write this.
One by one, I'm slowly getting to know all systems aboard and am
currently installing a nice Sony car radio in the forward overhead locker.
Even finding 12v for it was a large chore as the ground wiring was iffy and
not connected to anything, something I only found out after gently tugging
and having it come free in my hands. The real ground was taped to it and
the whole time I was trying to get my multimeter to read a floating piece of
12" wire.
All is now well and I just finished a peanut butter and jelly sandwich
so I'm raring to go. If you hear lovely music emanating from afar in the
next half hour, that'll my radio installation.
