International, didn't it? Note the old dates on the website.
As for a new independent vintage trailer or vintage Airstream club, it
is only a matter of time. The support and interest is out there, but
most people are joiners. What it is going to take is an energetic
leader to rise up with the ability and time to organize and create the
core nucleus - and the ability to infect other organizers around the
country with the same enthusiasm.
This is what keeps Craig Dorsey's Vintage-Vacations from being other
than a local event - lack of US wide involvement.
What gets most special interest clubs started is such an individual or
group of individuals. What was necessary to their success was a method
by which to promote and communicate, usually through the sponsorship and
support by a magazine or through a larger newsletter.
It's just a matter of time...
